We took some time locating the place.

We tried calling but nobody picked up.
Thankfully the locals were very nice and helped us find our way to Eiffel Tower Inn.
It is not the cheapest inn that is located near fengjia, but the security is good(most important) and the room comes with a balcony.
They owned the whole block and there is a number locked at the main gate (one which they change the password frequently) and a lift big enough for 2 person + 2 luggage.

We booked the room 精緻雙人 for NT1100 per night. (SGD$47) Weekday price.
Stayed there for 2 nights.
You are required to pay a 30% deposit via paypal.
*Do note that they only converse in Chinese.

The room is clean but not big. One bad thing would be them not having heater.
It is freezing at night in the room even with the air con off.

They don't provide toilet paper. Instead they provide hand towel.

The toilet is made of clear glass and the door does not close completely, leaving a 2cm gap in between.
They do have a shower curtain and the water pressure is ok and the water heater is working fine.
The area is very quiet and we slept well at night.
The trip from fengjia back to the inn is not crowded with people, but not dangerous to walk in either. There are plenty of street lights around.
Check in timing is after 4pm, you will be able to place luggage with them(at your own risk).
Check out timing is before 12noon.
Late check out is chargeable at NT$200 per hour.
