Trip to BKK 2012 - Day Three

We skipped breakfast in hotel today because of the horrible experience yesterday.
Headed out straight to pratunam fashion mall once again!
We left our luggage with the hotel staffs.

We are trying to buy the stuffs we missed on Day One.
And the main reason is to finish the remaining baht.

Went to the wholesale market but didn't get anything.
Clothes there are made with lousier material and the design is...not acceptable.

Had the most expensive food for our trip.
Red Mango yogurt. Around $GD8+ for a cup.
But the cup is huge. LOL.

Worth it. Totally worth it.

I just grab everything in sight, some I don't even remember what.
And I'll keep checking with P, "how much more do we have?"
Then i speed across the mall, spot something, pay and dash off.

After nearly almost 5 hours, we finally went for lunch~

After lunch at the food court, we went back to the hotel.
This is when I get the biggest shock in my life.

Our hotel staffs yelled at us. (Cause they are concern hahaha)
Asked why are we late for our airport transfer and we are going to miss the plane.
I was puzzled. The tour guild asked us to reach the hotel before 4pm for the bus.

We was there at 3.45pm.
But right on the hotel airport transfer list, we were supposed to be there at 3pm. O.O
And the next transfer is at 4pm. If there were traffic jam, we couldn't reach the airport on time.

And true enough, we missed the flight. -.-
FUCK YOU FUCKING TOUR GUILD THAT CHEAT OUR 200 BAHT.
YOUR SERVICE SUCKS LIKE SHIT.

We were put on the other flight, thank goodness.
Our luggage exceed 3.5kg but they let us off. Lol. Nice service.

And I noticed something. O.o
Someone actually opened our luggage number lock.
Thankfully we uses double lock. The number lock & a padlock.
The person who tried to open both the luggage only managed to open the keypad.

As the luggage is left in a open space in the lobby, where strangers can gain excess to it anytime,
it is very unsafe to left your luggage with the hotel.
If you choose to leave them behind, please double lock it.

I HATE BKK.
Full of scammer, thief, robber and unfriendly people.
Of cos there were nicer people, but they are like 10% of the whole population.

Unpleasant trip, don't feel like going back again.

Airport.

After checking in, we settle down for dinner at a ramen shop.
Food was normal, serving speed is okay.
But service fucking sucks. :(
Spend around $GD50 for the food.

They got a problem.
The whole shop is in a mess.
Some waitress is too free, while some are too busy.

We asked for the bill and a guy rushed over to take the money from us.
Then took forever to return us our change.

When we walked out of the shop after finally, a bitch shouted at us.
Saying "EH! YOU NEED TO PAY YOU KNOW?!?!"

You don't say bitch? You mean before you teach us about paying, the food in shops are free?
Shut the fuck up you uneducated whore.

I honestly dislike people who raise their voice at me.
If you don't respect me, you're going to get the finger from me.

This make me dislike BKK even more.

After 3 hours plus of flight, we finally touch down in Singapore.
So good to be home. Where I can walk around at night and return home in one piece.

We bought Mac as supper and cabbed back.

My crazy loots.

P's one and only loot for the day.
Poor him, have to carry everything for me and hardly anytime for him to buy anything.

I'm really thankful to have P with me for this trip.
Protecting me and taking extremely good care of me.
Making sure I enjoyed myself fully while not complaining of the weight of my loots.

Trip to BKK 2012 - Day Two

Sawade ka~
Woke up at 10am for the breakfast buffet.

The foods were not to our liking and there were not a lot of choices.
The chef is super unfriendly by the way lol. Kinda annoying.
We asked for scrambled eggs and he refused to make us one and give us a chaota sunny side up.

We left without finishing the small amount of food we get.
Both of us changed into clothes we bought yesterday. :)

Our itinerary for day two is more to sight seeing rather than shopping.
We started off going to the 4-face Buddha temple to pray.

After praying, we went to visit the recommended shopping malls.
Went to Siam paragon.

Nothing much to buy, except that the have H&M inside. (Fucking long queue)
Wax museum and underwater world.
Didn't have time to go to either one and we left for MBK next.

Tried this colorful sweet(?) and the cripsy thingy.
Both are too sweet and we could hardy finished one.
Threw them away after a few bites.

We settled for lunch at a Japanese steamboat with the spinning plates concept.
It cost 390 bahts.

Everything is fresh and nice.
We had quite a lot.
Ending the deal with rum and raisin ice cream!

We took our time to salvage the awesome ice cream.
Then we went to pay the bill.

Mother fuckers charged us 20 baht for every 1 min.
Y U NO tell us that we will get charged for overtime?!
So overall the food was not worth the fucking price.
Paid like $20 each for the steamboat.

Next up, Siam Discovery.
I used to say NaRaYa is not my cup of tea.

Not until I went in, I wanted to buy EVERYTHING.
LOL!

Then we went to Big C supermarket~

Spent a totaly of $40 for all the stuffs.
We bought 50 packets of MAMA instant noodles.
HAHAHAHAHA!!

When we are done buying stuffs inside, we saw a bunch of road stalls that were not there earlier on.

The sight was awesome. O.O
Things sold by the road was more creative and cheap.
P is mad considerate as he offered to hold ALL the stuffs that we bought.
So that I can shop. :')

I bought like over 10 pieces of clothes and I can tell he is dying from the look. LOL.
So we went back to the hotel to put our stuffs before coming out for dinner.

As today is the second night in BKK already,
We decided to be more advantageous and tried the street foods.

We had beef noodle that cost only 30 baht with 6 pieces of beef.
Oh so tender and the soup was nice!

Bought this One Piece drink in Family mart for 10 baht each.

Walked past lots of shops and couldn't resist buying a few more clothes!

Most of them couldn't speak English at all and we were using hand signs to communicate.
They were kind enough to teach us how to pronounce the name of the food. x)

We bought everything back to the hotel.

Super nice Pad Thai, 20 baht with 3 prawns.

Mad awesome chicken steaks and chicken wings.
40 baht for the steak, 35 baht for the wings.

Grilled sotong, not nice.
10 baht each.

Payaya salad that comes with cabbage and a stalk of leaves.
We don't know how to eat that even after the kind person explained to us.
Don't like the taste, 20 baht.

Tummy got a little upset after the spicy food.
Went to the toilet and came out to saw all the ants sharing my foods already.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Damn sian, had to throw all the foods away.

Loots of the day~
I know, our sight seeing trip turns wrong. LOL.
Shopping is like the most important thing beside eating.

Most expensive buy of the day is the NaRaYa bag.
If I'm not wrong, it cost 290 baht. ($12)

And snacks we got from BigC supermarket.

After stuffing ourselves with snacks, I fell asleep on bed while P is watching soccer.
