The CC is really colorful and hard to miss.
NOM can be easily spotted. (Refer to picture above)

Well hello, rainbow cake!

The shop is small with limited seats.
But we went there during non peak hour and managed to see an empty cafe.
The cafe is children-friendly. One thing I don't like about children friendly place is the amount of noises there will be.

We are only here to try the rainbow cake. Thus we didn't order anything else.

Ain't it the most beautiful sweet little thing?
Rainbow cake (chocolate) - $7.90

Yup, we basically travel all the way down for the most photogenic rainbow cake.
Every price you see is what you will pay. Don't you just love nett price?

Tiong Bahru Bakery - NETT PRICE

We went to Tiong Bahru Bakery outlet @ Eng Hoon 56 Eng Hoon Street 160056
This is the most ulu outlet among all their 3 outlets.

Ah~ The smell of coffee & freshly baked bread.

Everything looked so appealing!
I wanted to order everything.

But of cos I ended up choosing the most non appealing one. (Guess what?!)

Our cute q number cube.

Presenting my Squid Ink Salmon Bun!
$9.50

The ingredients are soooo fresh. The bun is sooo crispy.
It just made Macdonald look bad cause apparently they are not selling real food. LOL.

Mm mm~ We ordered latte at $6.50 per cup.

P's tuna bread.
The tuna spread was the most generous.
$9.50

And with a total of $32 nett, you get to enjoy your afternoon tea.

Riders Cafe

Riders cafe is located at 51 Fairways Drive Singapore 286965 (Bukit Timah Saddle Club)
It is kinda ulu, P drove in.
We get to see the green land and monkeys on the way in.

As shown, the whole place is open air concept.
So it can gets really stuffy inside.

But before we made any orders, we are served with ice water.
Talk about good service right?

We decided to order from the brunch menu.

Truffles fries. P loved it. I don't really quite like the sauce.
$10

Then P acted like the regulars and ordered 'The Usual'. Lol.
It's actually big breakfast. The mushroom is awesome.
$18

I can't live without seafood.
Imagine my delight when I saw this Pacific Benedict.
It was really really yummy. I love it! The eggs are sooo runny.
$18

Total damage : $54.14 (After gst and service charge)
A good place to have brunch. Although we only saw 1 horse throughout.

After the brunch we went for a short walk around.

Saizeriya @ The Cathay (NETT PRICE)

We visited the outlet at The Cathay on a Friday evening.
(Nearest MRT station : Dhoby Ghuat)

It was during peak hour but we get a seat within 5 mins.
This outlet is very big with a lot of seating, thus we don't even have to worried about going there during peak hours.

So, what is so good about this place?
1) The food is cheap
2) The food is good
3) Everything is NETT price

Enough said.

We ordered the drink bar - $2.80
Where you can refill your drink for 2897392 times.

Chicken wing (4 pieces) - $3.95
The skin is not crispy, so not really my type. (2.5/5)

Octopus Carpaccio - $3.90
The sauce is nice and the octopus are very fresh. (3.5/5)

Mushroom soup - $2.90
The potion is pretty small but judging from the price you probably shouldn't expect much.
The soup is very nice tho. (4/5)

Oven-Grilled Escargots - $5.90
One of the reason why I went there!!! Only $1 for 1 piece!!!
And they were delicious!! (4.5/5)

Potato Omelette - $3.90
(Egg with bacon, potato, corn & mushroom)
I love this! Polished the plate. (4.5/5)

Our main course.
Sirloin steak - $11.90
Loved the side dishes! The sweet corn & grilled potato are both awesome!
Due to the metal grill, the beef is a little bit too well done and tough.
Not one of the most delicious steak, but hey, we are not really here for the steak. (3/5)

(Nearest MRT station : Dhoby Ghuat)

Design your own sushi & Salad!
I'm not a fan of salad so we tried creating our own sushi.

We grabbed a form to fill up.

We decided to go with LITTLE-SAN -$7.90
(1 Wrap + 1 Rice + 3 Essentials + 1 Sprinkle + 1 House Sauce)

We had a hard time deciding what shall go with what.
In the end we gave up and just go with anything we like.

Side Note - You can fry your sushi at an additional price of $1.50
But it is only for Cathay outlet from 12-5pm.

Our choice : Traditional Seaweed Wrap + Japanese White Rice
Roasted mushroom + Steamed Ebi + Kani Stick(Crab Stick)
Turkey Bacon Bits
BBQ sauce.

I know. It's weird x weird.
Then we proceeded to pay up at the cashier.

Our order in the making.
We were actually pretty worried it might turn out to be meh-ish.

Every order comes with 1 packet of wasabi & 2 packets of soya sauce.
You can top up $1 for a can drink.

The end product. It actually taste pretty damn good.
