Trip to KL 2012 - Day Three

Felt pretty moody as we are leaving KL today.
The trip was short but we had with us so much good memories.
We slept in late and woke up last min for the awesome breakfast.

After breakfast we went to check out and deposit our luggage.
Went to Berjaya Times Square to kill time till 3pm.

Bought a hello kitty cookie which cost RM3.90

Taste like shit. Lol. I came to believe in the theory, "pretty food tasted the worst".

 Tried ChaTime. Not nice either.
The grass jelly milk tea is too bland or totally no taste at all.

We kept eating because we do not have anything to do other than eating lol.

We ate shilin after that and missed the time.
Reached hotel close to 3.40pm. Luckily the bus was late too. O.0

ANDDDDDDDDDD! We found out one thing ON THE VERY LAST DAY.
Our atas hotel provide free shuttle services to ALL the places we visited.

FOL. Imagine how much trouble and money we would have saved. -.-
And so P was saying, next time then.
Definitely going to stay in Furama the next time again!

Trip to KL 2012 - Day Two

Woke up at 9am for the hotel breakfast.
Was expecting something simple, but again, 4 stars hotel never failed to amuse me.
LOL. Mountain turtle.

It was a grand breakfast buffet with 5 stations. O.O
And they are serving my favorite guava juice!!!! SAYYY WHATTTTT!

What beats starting the day off with your favorite drink!!!!

Service was awesome, they walked around to refill your empty cups with tea/coffee.
I voted for juices of cos.

Had two rounds of the buffet LOL. (P loved the turkey meat~)
Then we went out for a walk.

The swimming pool is beautiful.

Went back to our room and prepare to go out.

Took the monorail to Bukit Bintang Station.

The nearest shopping center there is Sungei Wang.

Just an overhead bridge distance away.

It's very easy to get lost in the shopping center.

Too big. Shops are far apart from one another.

Wanted to have lunch at this place that looks awesome,

But we are still full from the breakfast. LOL.

Walked around the mall and found this place

.
.
.

YUP. Poop restaurant(T.bowl) Famous in Taiwan.
Didn't know they had an outlet at KL too!

Because we are really full, so we ordered ice cream only.
We get to keep the "toilet bowl" ice cream holder~

After awhile, we decided to visit the next shopping center.
From me & P's last min research, we found 7 shopping centers at the same area.
Thus we decided to visit all of them for Day 2.

Skipped Low Yat Plaza which is somewhat like our Sim Lim Square.
Ain't nobody got time to look at IT stuffs.

Visited Lot 10 next.

And guess what?!??! H&M BABY.

IT'S CHEAP. LIKE ALMOST HALF THE PRICE FOR EVERYTHING.

I WANT TO BUY THE STORE BACK.

But unfortunately, shopping is not allowed.

Saving for BKK is the biggest mistake I've made.
Should have brought more money. :'(

Lot 10 is a lot smaller, the building is like one small circle.

Easier to walk around but the only place to shop at is H&M and Isetan honestly.

We then went to Pavilion Shopping Center which is somewhat like our Paragon.

Selling branded stuffs.
High end shopping, but more affordable too. (Longchamp, Coach)

Was surprised to see HOTSTAR XXL Chicken!

Recently P & I keep traveling all the way to Tamp1 just to get it.

Lousy planners always ended up with more surprises. Lol.

Walked past StarHill Gallery but decided to give the place a miss.

The place sells even higher ends products. (LV, Prada)

Too atas, I don't dare to go in.

Erm, then we got lost(kinda) and ended up in a shopping center named Fahrenheit 88

Decided to have our lunch there.
Bought DingTea and dine at Sakae sushi.

We ordered a cold soba set that comes with soba, salad, soup and drinks for RM9.90

2 Chawamushi, RM3 each.
A grilled sotong which is the most expensive like RM18.
And of cos, sushi.

The meal only cost us RM60 inclusive of GST.

Cheap and nice. Seriously, not a single bad food was eaten at KL.

After lunch we took the monorail to KLCC!

Need to make a transit to LRT.
Please remember to purchase your ticket separately at different station.

We got scammed by buying the most expensive ones.

And after we tap out from the monorail, we cannot use the same token(with a lot of value) to tap in for the LRT.

Wasted RM10 on that trip.

Am not a gum lover but got our first bottle of gums at the station to kill time.

Can eat on train. So cool. Lol.

Finally reached KLCC!

Visiting the twin tower has always been a dream.
So guess how excited I am!

It had been raining so my shoes got drenched. :(

P is such a darling. He make an exception and bought me a new pair of shoes!
Luckily he brought extra sing dollars.

My only loot for the trip~

We bought starbucks and chilled by the tower.

DAT FEELING.

Spammed photos.

Lmao. Passerby failed to take nice photos of us with the tower.

After a lot of trial and error, we get to find the best spot and angle.

Self shots.
And finally, presenting my best shot.

Took a lousy cab that overcharge us.
No air con and seats drenched with rain. (Due to open windows)
Because it's raining and hard to hired a cab, they tend to overcharge,

Cabby took us to the night market near Bukit Bintang station.
Street is full of pubs and bars.

Didn't walk in and we just settled down at the first eatery.

Spammed our orders again.

BBQ chicken wings. Nice but not super nice.

This is awesome. Due to the spices and tender meat.

Love the lamb and beef. Don't like the sauce though.

After the good experience on day one,
We ordered Lala again. :)

Stingray and kangkong.
Your very normal zhi char food in Singapore.
The taste is very different and P loved all of them.

Personally I couldn't say I enjoyed the meal.
Because the street is also full of beggers.

They will come to our seats EVERY 2 FUCKING MINS.
And say "you so rich, eat so much, give me money to eat some too"

AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN.
I just want to swallow everything and leave.

After dinner, took a walk around.
Wanted to visit a bar for a drink but decided not too as it was getting pretty late.

We ended up buying soda back to our hotel and watched movies.
With that, it's the end of our Day Two in KL!
